To edit birth data:
Open the chart you wish to edit
Under Properties, open the Birth Data tab
Click on the field you want to edit, such as Birth Date, Country, or City
To edit document data (name, tags, and notes):
Open the chart you wish to edit
Under Properties, open the Document tab
