Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial. Please note that free trials are limited to one per user. If you previously held a subscription that has since become inactive, you will not qualify for another free trial upon signing up again—your payment method will be charged immediately.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, your subscription will be discontinued at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access until that date.
Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan and your subscription renews automatically, you may request a refund within 3 days of the renewal charge. Refund requests made after this 3-day window will not be honored. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
